Nigel is a great multi-faceted person to work with. He’s not just a model! We have seen many models posing for photo shoots that know nothing about the product they are demonstrating. Our Shadowboxer VRT (Versatile Resistance Trainer) is an innovative resistance training product inspired by combat sports training but flexible enough to be used by almost anyone. Punching is one of the core exercises to improve fitness, tone and develop explosive punching power, but the Shadowwboxer VRT can be used for total body conditioning providing a unique combination cardio to strength development. Nigel’s in depth understanding of both combat sports and fitness enabled us to present our product effectively to our customers. For one he can punch, but his expert knowledge allowed us to demonstrate the wide range of excercises possible. He also now teaches classes with the Shadowboxer VRT and recently took the renouned Urban Krav Maga, based in Tottenham Court Road, through their paces. They were some sceptics in the class but after only a 20 minute workout they were converts and respected not only the product but Nigel also.
