Excellent class – really motivated me to get fit. It’s a lot more fun than going to the gym and felt I had a brilliant workout all over. Im now doing a lot more exercise than I have done in years! Thanks Nigel!

As someone who hates the gym I was surprised by how much I actually enjoy these classes. The hour luckily feels like only 10 minutes and it’s varied which keeps me motivated to come back week after week. Nigel is great for keeping me enthusiastic and is always explaining how to do the exercises correctly and what each particular exercise does for me. I’ve been attending these classes for only 5 weeks and have already noticed a difference in my body shape and fitness level. I only wish I was able to see him bi-weekly! Thanks for all your help and encouragement Nige
