I said nutrition not diet!

Diets don’t work because they’re drastic changes and no one takes to drastic changes in any area of their life. Changes need to be made gradually.

Nutrition is the Achilles heel of fitness, probably where as much as 80-90% of people fall short.
You can’t build anything without the raw materials.

Nutrition is the area where you can make the most improvement.

That doesn’t mean you have to eat quinoa and seaweed. If you put shit in, you’re going to look and feel shit!

The real work is carried out on this front, exercise is only the stimulus.

To facilitate health and your progression you need to give the body the building blocks it needs to repair and build new tissue. The more natural the food [less processed/raw] the easier the body can utilize the nutrients, thus less waste and stress on the system.
